- Assistant Project Workers
This role is a field based and so travel will be involved in Lanarkshire areas therefore a driver with own vehicle is required.
This role involves working with vulnerable and challenging children and supporting them in their daily life and activities. Experience with challenging behaviour or Autism would be advantageous – personal or professional, although this is not a requirement as we provide fully paid training and shadowing shifts and support.
You may have came from an adult care care service, customer service based role or retail, perhaps warehouse or factory work or been raising a family – no matter we will help you on your journey into care!
- £11.30+ per hour
- Weekend rate £13.39 ph
- 35p per mile for car mileage
- Blue light card for store discounts
- Holiday allowance 33 days*
- Pension
- Fully paid Training
we have various shift patterns available.
Part time 16 – 30 hours, alternative weekends off!
Full time 31.5 – 5 days over 7, alternative weekends off!
