Residential Support Worker

Residential Support Worker

Our Mission Statement

Bridging the gap with LOVE ……..

Our Vision Statement

“To innovate with LOVE as a concept for global living and wellbeing. We were founded believing that all services should be delivered with LOVE”

Who are we?

LOVE@Care are a leading Scottish Care provider and we have opportunities for Residential Support Workers in the Airdrie area. LOVE@Care can regularly be seen on Scottish news broadcasts sharing the positive changes we are trying to implement across the sector to improve pay and conditions for carers. Without the best people, we cannot provide the highest level of service our users have come to expect. We understand that as rewarding a job in care can be, at times it can also be demanding, which is why we have invested in our on-site Wellbeing and Counselling Department that all staff have access to.

What qualities make a great Residential Support Worker?
