Quality of staff
We provide the highest quality staff to our establishments and care settings and upskill them provide the best care and education possible. Whether you are looking for permanent or temporary staff, we match our staff to your needs.

Supply staff
If a setting is facing staff shortages through sickness, holiday or staff vacancies, then we will be able to help by providing you with temporary supply cover at short notice. We can also offer contracted supply for specific periods.

Staff recruitment
If a setting is looking for permanent staff, then you can rest assured that we will only put forward the right candidates for your job based on your needs and requirements. We follow strict safer recruitment procedures and pre interview assessments with your needs in mind. We have a thorough recruitment process, and we personally interview and check all LOVE childcare candidates. We take the hassle out of recruiting, by doing all the groundwork for you. We advertise your position, review CVs, interview the candidates, and present you with a selection of candidates who fit your needs and wants.

Screening services

Take the time and stress out of gathering the essentials. We can help with any aspect of hiring that concerns you - or if you just want the hassle factor taken away. You can select all of these individually or we can tailor a package specifically to you.

PVG check - We will process PVG checks on your behalf and track the process until the disclosure is received. PVG £70.00 per application.

Reference checks - We use experts to gain high quality references for your prospective employee. We aim to have this done within a minimum of 10 days. Two References £60.00, Additional reference £30.00

Employment contracts - We provide you with a draft employment contract that is legally checked and that can be tailored to suit your requirements. Per contract £150.00

Recruitment

We are constantly recruiting and require flexible and reliable staff who have a passion for early years and social care that have the ability to work on a short-term basis in a variety of settings and services. We attract high quality staff to work for the agency and maintain a caring and dedicated workforce with equal opportunities, excellent rates of pay, up to date training and opportunities to further academic qualifications.
